Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel this transaction without penalty by submitting written notice or contacting our office at 800-595-7060.  Your notice must be e-mailed or postmarked no later than midnight of the 3rd business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.  E-mail your cancellation notice to or mail to:  Katherine Eitel & Associates PO Box 623 Vandalia, OH 45377.

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options at least 14 days prior to the event (a $100 fee will apply per participant):

•You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program 

•Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any future Lioness Learning event for up to a full year from your original event date.

This workshop is a limited attendance event.  If you need to cancel or reschedule within 14 days of the event, no refund, credit, or substitution will be issued.  Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed in this confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.
